Hey, I'm Kevin Callahan. Very excited to be on the BP form! I am born and raised in an amazing small town called Scappoose, 25 miles north of Portland. Still live just outside of it. Graduated from college 5 months ago with a degree in industrial design. Been working full time at a knife company, The James Brand, for the past 2 years. I have zero realestate experience! I do have a fair amount of experience in construction and finish carpentry (worked a few years of this during college). Found the BP podcast a while back and can't get the idea of building up a rental portfolio while still working full time off my mind. So I am trying to take in as much knowledge as I can, and hopefully get my feet wet in the near future. Cheers, Kevin
