Hi, I have been investing in Real Estate for the past five years. I have a total of eight rental properties.  Seven are local.  I've been a software developer for the past thirty years.  I'm looking to become my own boss.  Like many here, financial freedom.  Even saying it feels good.   I'm hoping to help and be helped in this forum.   I look forward to meeting and working with many of you.     Thank you.
