Howdy BP!

I am an avid Realtor in the Fredericksburg area and will be jumping into real estate investing with both feet. I have a passion for learning and am on the journey, like all of you, to realize my full potential. But I need your help! Ive been listening to any podcasts I can get my hands on, but would love any suggestions on where else to adventure in my pursuit of knowledge. Ideally, I'd like to pursue multi-family but am open to any prospects under the investing umbrella. I'd especially like to master running the numbers to find if a property will start producing income right away.
