Hi my name is Monica. I came across Bigger Pockets 2 months ago while scrolling through YouTube searching for information on how to purchase land. Since then I watch at least 1-2 podcasts daily. I am married with four children and I'm employed as a registered nurse. My goal is to purchase buy and hold properties that will increase my monthly income to enable me to spend more time with my family. I would love to make it to more of my kids extracurricular activities, pay for our children college tuitions and take family vacations! I'm 40 years young and I want to enjoy life. I'm blessed to live here in Brunswick GA. We have the College of Coastal Georgia and a Coastal Pine Technical College campus. I believe this is a great investment area.
