Hi everyone! Very excited to finally be on the forums. I'm a recent JWU college grad and member of the military who is looking to get into the real estate investment market early. I'd love to start house hacking and lead in game as much as humanly possible about the market. I'll be attending this months REI meeting and I'm excited to learn and network with everyone. I've started listening to all of the podcasts and downloading the BP guides but any guidance for a young investor is always welcome!
