New investor from south Jersey
Hello BP world. I am new to real estate investing. I am interested in buy and hold and possibly an occasional flip. My initial intentions will be part time and see where it takes me. I have a residential construction background but after the most recent housing bust I was forced to pursue a different career. Fortunately I was able to purchase a foreclosure back in on 2011 that I currently live in today. Still haven't had any offers accepted yet but I know it will happen soon. And thanks to the bp calculators I have stuck to the numbers and have not made any offers with my heart. Although its disappointing and sometimes discouraging I know eventually a deal will be made.
