How can I access my local MLS listing (Colorado Springs) without having a realtor license? Looking specifically for forecloses and HUD for my first fix and flip.

@James Meyer,

I would recommend connecting with a Realtor. You don't necessarily needs MLS access to see those properties. Instead, a Realtor can automatically send you all the homes that come on the market that are HUD, Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, VA or other bank REO's. I can't say this for all MLS systems, but the Pike Peak region MLS also has a feature which allows clients to set up a portal which acts as a back door to the MLS and allows you to do your personal searches. It may not have all the information, but it would have everything you would need and if you have questions, your Realtor should know the answer already or be able to find them out for you.
