new REI from Houston, TX
I'm a new investor from/in Houston, TX. I have been reading books, listening to podcasts, attended seminars and I believe i'm ready to start putting all the information to work. I'm would like to learn more about wholesaling but my major focus would be fixing & flipping properties. I look forward to much success. I'm so glad I found BiggerPockets (i listen to podcasts all day at work lol)
