Nashville, TN - New Member
Hey BiggerPockets community,
I am a new member who lives in the very hot real estate market of Nashville, TN. My professional experience has primarily been in the field of structural engineering. I am brand new to real estate investing, and I have never done a deal, but I am very motivated to learn and make connections.
While I do not yet know that much about the subject, I have learned enough to be convinced that there is very real potential in this business. Right now I am primarily concerned with learning how to flip homes as well as buy and hold rental properties. I look forward to learning much from the BP community and hopefully getting the chance to meet some of you in person.
