Hello, my name is Jerry Busch, I am just starting out in Real Estate Investing and I am interested in wholesaling properties in my area. In the future I would like to learn how to buy and hold properties and become a private money lender. 

Any and all insight is appreciated to help me make my first deal. 

Currently I am a home improvement contractor and I find all types of properties during my work week. I have worked with investors rehabbing their homes/condos for passive income and selling.
