Saying hello to the BP community and grateful that it exists! After listening to one of Brandon's webinars a few weeks ago and having pondered 'taking the plunge' into investment properties, my husband and I put an offer on our 1st property this past week. Excited to see what happens! Thanks to Brandon for bringing up those who 'eat cheeseburgers and sit on their couch watching Netflix', because shortly before the webinar I WAS in fact eating a burger (well, turkey burger no bun no cheese) and watching Netflix (I swear it's not my fault, American Horror Story is like watching a train wreck I just can't turn away). I probably can't contribute much to this community yet, other than how to negotiate getting things fixed in your house for FREE! I am pretty good at that haha!
