Hello Everyone!
Im am very interested, but very new to real estate investing!! I am not totally without knowledge, but i am deffinetly inexperienced. My mother was a very succesful realtor and later became a broker and i have been through several seminars and training courses. I have a full time job with Fritolay and have been here for 10 years. I like my job a lot, but working as much as 60 or 70 hours a week sometimes gets exhausting. They hand out Overtime here as if it was free! I have always had real estate in the back of my mind, however, and one question finally convinced me to start. It was the "what would you do if you were given 1.5 million dollars and were fired!?" Well my answer was finally start investing in real estate! So at long last I stumbled upon this site! I started listening to the pod cast now and i am so hungry to learn more and more! This literally is my dream to be a real estate investor!
