Noobie from Zanesville Ohio
Hello, and welcome. I'm a 20 year old from Zanesville, Ohio and I have recently started to build up some disposable income. I'm looking to purchase a home, fix it up, and rent it out while I'm away at college. I make 2k/mo at my current job (after taxes). My goal is to have the house completely paid for in 5 years, so that when I'm finished with college I have some passive income. Any advice on accomplishing this goal is much appreciated. I'm ready to start investing in my future.
