We moved to Michigan last year from Japan and we're interested in finding rental properties in the area. We bought our first rental in Indiana last year through someone we met at bigger pockets and now we are looking to buy one closer to where we live. I am a mom of two kids and my husband is an engineer. Our long-term ultimate goal is to create passive income so we can spend time with my family. New to real estate and to the area so would love to connect with local investors, agents, property managers and more!
