New member for Sarasota, FL
Hi everyone, I am not only new to SW Florida, I am also new to the RE world. After 20 years in the Marine Corps I decided to retire from it and move to this beautiful area; however, the real world smacked me right in the head when I couldn't find a job to support the family. That is when I decided to do something for myself and venture into the RE world.
I looking to learn more about creative investing and hopefully I will be able to do something for some local neighborhoods that are in need of beautification.
Any advise is greatly appreciated,
