Investor from Cincinnati intro
Hey everybody, I'm interested in getting my first property soon as well as wholesale some houses. I majored in marketing in college, and have been studying real estate and trying to get in it for 10 years, but the time wasn't right with my financial situation and other excuses I've been making(lol). I'd like to get a 5-20 unit building first, as well as wholesale houses in my area.
