Hello everyone! My name is Billy and I'm brand new to the industry. Other than owning my own home, which I'm proud to say I was able to build, I do not have any experience with rentals, flipping, or wholesales. I have good credit and saved up about $10,000 of expendable funds and would like to start investing my money! I'm interested in flipping and rentals, but don't know which to pursue first. I'm coachable and driven. I just need some guidance. Thanks in advance for any and all help!
