Found BiggerPockets through the podcasts and have listen to all of them. Currently looking into the local market of Richmond for flips and rental properties. I have been in construction for years and enjoy BiggerPockets for the topics on financing the deals and the overall transparency.

@Jonathan Smith  Welcome to BP!  Glad you have found the podcasts, as they are very informative and offer such diverse viewpoints and strategies on multiple real estate investing avenues.  I would also suggest the weekly Wednesday webinars with @Brandon Turner.  It's a great time of learning that ends in a live Q&A.

If you are interested in any new 'reads' for real estate, I would recommend E-Myth by Gerber, Low and No Money Down by Brandon Turner and The ABCs of Real Estate by McElroy.

I wish you well in your investing!
