First post from first timer from Cleveland. Wondering about agent
Hey there BP world! My name is Katelyn and I am on my way to becoming a real estate investor here in good ol' Cleveland Ohio. Have been listening to the pod casts for quite a few months now, really enjoying all the convos and wealth of knowledge I've been getting from them!
My other half and I have walked through quite a few multi families, trying to find the best one for us to invest in.
Here's my thoughts-
When I find a property I like, I want to set up a walk through as soon as possible, and see the units. It feels although, that I'm waiting too long on my agent for him to set something up, we also missed out on an opportunity due to him not having the paperwork for us. Should I have multiple agents? Should I consider becoming an agent so I can set it up myself?
Any success stories of becoming an agent? Have been thinking of how great it would be to look at any property at my leasure, not having to depend on our agent to set up a walk through.

Not sure where you have been looking or plan to invest (West, East, South?), that will determine to some degree which agent you go with.
I have worked with @Account Closed to look at stuff on the east side- he is a great agent, very responsive and full of great advice.
