New but eager member from Houston
Similar to 90% of the folks on this site, I read Rich Dad Poor Dad and was inspired.
I own one property already (former personal property turned rental) in NJ. I moved the Houston recently and am looking to network with like-minded folks looking to get out of the rat race.
