New to BP, and about to take the dive!
Hello BP!
I'm a fairly new member of the BP community and have already read enough to be grateful for the info, so thanks to everyone who reads this for their insights!
My wife and I are about to buy our first home, which I anticipate being a duplex, from there the strategy may shift toward the commercial side or additional multi-unit residential properties, just depending on stuff.
I look forward to seeing where things go for us, and getting to know you all through the forum!
(Any unsolicited advice is totally welcome - we're thinking about going through USAA utilizing the VA loan for this first go around. If anyone has experience with that combination of attributes, I'd be tremendously grateful!)
