Good Afternoon from TN!
Here's my first post. I've been checking in here the last six months trying to get more and more ideas. I'm an agent licensed in TN & work the Chattanooga area. I've been pretty successful and have quite a bit to put down on my first investment property. However, I've only made one offer that I was outbidded on, this market is crazy and the properties that have a decent return exceed the 10% rule. Anyone having any luck in other areas of the country?
