Greetings community! I'm Dan from Portland, Oregon. I've been lightly grazing on information about real estate investing for about a year now, but due to the fact that I recently lost my j.o.b. I've decided to pursue real estate in a more focused manner.
My plan is to focus on wholsaling REO's intitially and look forward to picking at everyone's brains until I'm competent enough to close some deals and actually contribute to this great site!
