Hello to all in the BP community.
I have been in the retail design and remodeling business the majority of my adult life. Purchased my first investment property in Old Town (Cabrini Green) 1991. Interested in doing high end, value added flips in the Chicagoland area. I have extensive experience in visualizing how to add value above and beyond simple remodeling to an existing property through research, design, planning, and 3d visualization, then implementing those changes through management of the process.
