Hello BP.
I am a new member from the eastern panhandle of WV who looks forward to networking with like minded people in my tri-state area! I have been interested in real estate for a while and have learned a lot so far from BP. My goal is to build up a rental portfolio over the next 10 years. Also interested in flipping a few houses on the side. I am a young profession who just started as a multi-line insurance agent so I would love to hear any questions and/or concerns regarding insurance as it relates to real estate investing.

I'm just down the road from you. There is a small contingent of Eastern Panhandle users. Do you attend any of the local REIAs? There are several I could recommend if you're not currently attending.
We share similar goals - I'm looking to primarily develop a portfolio of rentals, and perhaps supplementing this with some flipping.
