Hello Everyone! My wife and I are interested in entering the world of real estate investing. I've just finished reading the Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing and I'm hooked. In addition to reaching out to personal contacts in the real estate world, I have been looking at what it takes to become a real estate agent. I will continue to read every guide I can access on this website, but if you have any other guidance for an aspiring newbie, I'm all ears. Thanks in advance for the feedback.
