Hi Bigger Pockets community! My name is Michael Burke. I have been passively looking at real estate investment opportunities for awhile now, but decided to get my *** in gear and become more active, and that’s when I found Bigger Pockets! Since then I’ve been listening to the Podcast and browsing the site non-stop for the last few weeks.

My short term goal is to generate enough cash flow to cover my wife’s salary when she stops working. I would do this by investing in multi family properties. My goal is to invest in a 2-4 family property within the next 6 months. Once I’ve gotten my feet wet I would either look to acquire additional small/medium size multi families, or apartment buildings. A good friend of mine is interested in partnering on some larger deals, but I think it would be in my best interest to start small.

I'm looking forward to connecting with some local investors!

Hello All! I've been in Cincinnati for almost 20 years now but am just begining on this adventure as well. I was turned onto this site by a friend with whom I helped flip a house. I'm ready to partner up with more people to try and grow a network. The remodeling aspect is the base of my skill set. If anyone needs help with estimating and or the construction / remodeling piece, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'm interested in learning the realestate and investing side as I go.
