Hello everyone my name is Bryan, and I am 23 years old, and live and have always lived in New Jersey. I work for Mercedes-Benz and have zero expierience in realestate. I do have a very big interest in realestate investing, for many reasons. If you have any suggestions on multi unit realestate investing books, please feel free to share them. I am looking to get into my first multiunit within the next 3 years. So I want to be engraving my brain with as much content on multi unit invest as possible! I am looking forward to meeting new people, and especially learning.

Welcome @Bryan Almodovar. Considering your interest in investing in multi here's four suggestions in order to get you educated AND motivated.

1) Listen to Podcast#108 with Grant Cardone

2) Listen to Podcast#52 with Ken McElroy

3) Read "The ABCs of Real Estate Investing" by Ken McElroy

and finally

4) Read "The Advanced Guide to Real Estate Investing" by Ken McElroy which is one of the best and informative real estate investing books I've ever read.

They might invest in bigger multis than you're presently picturing but even if you decide to go with smaller multis knowing the principles of large multifamily investing can help you along your journey.

Good luck!
