First of all, let me start wishing you all that today, you find that great deal you were waiting for. It all starts with a true and honest wish for it ... Right?
My name is James , and my wife Patty and I are just starting our real estate business in NY city.
Our plan is to operate in the surrounding areas of New York City
We both come from corporate America backgrounds, and this been our first experience in the real estate business, makes us very excited and have so much to learn.
We have been working hard to finish setting up strong foundations for our company. And we are looking forward to create strong and long lasting relationships in the real estate business.
We're are going to focus on wholesale and rehab.
We will work hard to change the bad name of wholesaling, with the right systems and processes, to engage only in deals that we would love to keep for ourselves.
