Hello BP family,
I am located in the Little Rock area of Arkansas and am an avid listener of the BP podcast. I am a licensed Certified General appraiser in the state of Arkansas. I am also in the process of getting my real estate license here in AR. I previously invested in flips and buy and holds in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market when I lived in that area.
I love Real Estate and am looking forward to building a portfolio of buy-and hold 1-4 family properties in the LR market areas. Look forward to meeting you all!

@J Smelser welcome! I am also local and have most of my rentals in North Little Rock. I'd love to pick the brain of an appraiser some time. I've been building my own portfolio of SFR's and have a fourplex under contract right now. I've been getting to work with some really good contractors lately (plumbers, electricians, general construction, etc.) so if you are in need, just let me know. I'd love to help in any way I can.
