Looking for Multifamily out of State!
I'm excited to join the community here on BP. Here's some background on me and what I would like to do!
Real Estate is our family business. I grew up in Huntington Beach, CA learning real estate sales from my mom, aunts and uncles. I have sold homes all over Southern California -- from LA and Orange counties to the inland empire and beyond!
Graduated from UCLA in 2003 with a degree in Communication Studies and still have season tickets for Football and attend a few basketball games a year.
Slowly but surely over the past 5 years I have been gaining interest in becoming a full time investor as well.
I own property in Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach and Long Beach, CA and am currently looking to expand out of state.
I would love to connect and help anyone interested in my area and learn about investing in other parts of the country as well!
