Hello,

My name is Kelton Dotson and I am a new investor. I presently am focusing in Pierce County. I am currently working on developing my wholesaling business in order to build some capital. By the end of 2017 I plan to start purchasing rehab properties. By the end of 2018 I plan to begin purchasing multifamily homes for buy and hold.

I look forward to networking with many of you from the Bigger Pockets community.
