All great things. None have anything to do with making money.
Hello all! I've been an agent in northern Colorado for a couple of years - it's really cool helping folks. We live in Fort Collins - awesome community. Now it's time to help my family.
Two things I'd like to explore and learn more about:
1 - profitably buy and manage an owner occ 4-plex in the next year.
2 - flipping land.

That's awesome @Chad! You really can do it... I'm super excited for you. Don't get hung up on the multi-family... there is a shortage in our market and I'd rather see you get started then to hold off for a year or more to get a multi that makes sense. If you can do a multi, it is better, but not so much better that you should delay.
