Jimmy Coffee- that's what I answer to...for the last 55 years. I've been in SF buy-n-hold E since 99, and I jumped in the deep end ( big MF purchase in '07 - right before the market tanked). I'm interested in North Texas area for buy n hold, raw land deals, small MF rehabs, and private lending. One day I'll retire...but that's not on the horizon yet!
