Your chops can be used at the Pre-development stage and redevelopers and devlopers alike will bring business your way if you deliver a great product at a great price. Check with the Little Rock Chamber of commerce, look up Moses Tucker you can get a feel of what's happening/coming to Central Arkansas. Welcome to Arkansas!
