Twin Cities Wholesaler (transitional housing deals?)
Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. I presently am focusing on wholesaling, turn-keys and transitional housing.
I joined BiggerPockets because I have this strange ability make peoples money turn into more money. I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this..
Poor jokes aside, I am playing with a new transitional housing investment strategy and I wanted to speak to some local investors about it. I have no experience in the sector, but it seems very lucrative.
Any experience?
