My brother and I are on a road trip and have been listing to the podcasts non stop! 

My names Aaron Swart, I am a real estate agent in Los Angeles. My team does a lot of work with developers. I have a history in flips and investing in property runs in the family. I am working to get my own investment properties and to do some flips here in LA.
