New member in new york
Hello everyone,
My name is Jonathan, I've been a member for some time and have been reading as much as possible. I'm in love with this site. I at first was interested in flipping houses, I'm currently closing on my first deal and hope for many more. I'm now interested in the BRRRR strategy but I believe my area (nyc) is too expensive to get into with my funds, so I'm leaning towards learning how to apply this strategy in other places from afar such as Rochester, NY. I'm also looking into opening up a vacation rental in Hunter, NY. Hopefully get that started by the summer. Yes I have my eyes on a lot of avenues, but I'm one hungry person and I truly want to grow in the real estate world.
I've read the biggerpocket books, listened to podcasts, read so many forums, thanks to everyone for sharing this knowledge. I couldn't be more grateful. Take care!
