Wow! Just got done signing papers on our second property. We did it! We jumped into the buy and hold/ landlord world. So many fixed feelings. But I'm excited.

I work a 24/7 job right now raising 3 great kids, living in AZ. We will be looking for a AZREIA in the Prescott area, love to hear  recommendations.
