My name is Victoria. I am from Union City, CA. I am new to Bigger Pockets and am here to learn more about investing in Real Estate. I have owned a home before. I purchased my first home in 2010 and recently sold the property. I am now looking for my next purchase and hoping to learn specifically about flipping homes or purchasing a rental property. I do come from a design and construction background so I am not afraid to get my hands dirty. But when it comes to type financing a flip, that is where I can use some advice.
