Hey Bigger Pockets community! My name is CJ and I am new to the site, but not new to real estate. My background includes accounting, construction, and real estate investment. I am originally from California, but have also lived and owned property in North Idaho, Western, Pennsylvania, and now Columbus, Ohio. I have been a licensed agent in 3 states, but really have not represented many third parties--mostly used the license to find my own properties and keep tabs on local information. That being said, I have recently (in 2016) started listing and selling property as a way of sharing my knowledge and expertise of the industry. I've joined this group to network with others and share investment opportunities, stories, etc. and hope to meet some like-minded people interested in the same.
