Hi, my name is Andrew Hughes. I have been studying real estate for about a year and keeping up on biggerpockets for a while.  I have listened to most of the podcasts and have tried to suck up as much knowledge as I could.  I just got my offer accepted to buy my first property so I figured now is as good a time as any to introduce myself. I work as a police officer in Akron.  My goal is to buy and hold properties and maybe add one or two a year.
