I'm New to the group, excited about learning. I'm a licensed agent. I have plenty of RE sales under my belt, but no investments yet. We recently saw some devastating floods in my market (August 2016) and the opportunity to scoop up deals is literally all around me (my house flooded also). Looking forward to learning as much as possible and (hopefully) mitigating any terrible mistakes.
