Hello from an aspiring real estate investor

I am an aspiring real estate investor from San Jose, California. I am here to share what I know and learn about how people grow their wealth and make money work for them. I find this concept extremely fascinating.
About me, I work in a startup and have done one real estate deal till now. But, I had help for it. I want to learn how to identify it and then do it.
