New to BP. New to wholesaling.

Hi everyone, my name is Mo Escobedo and I'm thrilled to be a part of such a great community and network!

I'm new to wholesaling and know the general steps I have to take, but also have a few questions about each step. If you can answer any of these it would greatly help as i feel like i'm missing something....

-Build a cash buyers list

-Find motivated sellers (suggestions on buying the best leads list?)

-analyze the deal (do I just call an appraiser, is there anyone else that needs to inspect home?)

-Draw up a Purchase and Sale Agreement (what are some contingencies I should include?)

-Draw up an Assignment of Contract (again, contingencies?)

-find an attorney and title company (still not sure what type of attorney to approach)

Thanks so much for any tidbits you have to offer. I'm about to make my first leap and I'm just trying to cross my t's and dot my i's.

Cheers!

-Mo
