I m starting my REI Co soon and my investment will be focused on the special needs housing. anybody out there who's already doing it ? and if there is any suggestions.I also was trying to get some reviews about Nick Sodoti and his system and could not find any. what you guys think about him? are his ideas still any good in this kind of market ?
