New to BP- wholesaling in Indianapolis
Love Bigger Pockets (especially the podcasts)! I am finding it challening to wholesale remotely in Indianapolis (I live in Canada)- still learning about which areas are desirable. Any help anyone can give me re: investor-friendly real estate agents, title companies, cash buyers, etc. would be greatly appreciated!

@Mary Lou Moffat Hi and Welcome to BP as for Wholesaling in Indianapolis. Most Buyers are Interested in the Bates Hendricks Area. But that will depend on your Buyers. what might work for Someone else might not Work for you.
