Greetings from the NJ Shore! I am a 4th generation in a family owned/operated real estate office. 16 yrs experience I've seen success as a real estate agent and in a resort market certainly seen mostly investment types of sales. Time to practice what I preach, teamed up with one of my investor clients on a beach bungalow and going to renovate and flip. I'm not too stubborn to seek advice as my experiences and expertise are from an agent perspective - I want to do this on my own and reach the financial freedom we all seek. I would say I'm an experienced beginner!
