First Time Flipper from Indiana

My husband and I just completed our very first flip! We just put it on the market yesterday and received our first full price offer within 18 hours of listing it! It was a huge learning experience but I am excited to do it all over again! I currently work full time at a bank but am looking to break away fully in 10 months! My husband is a licensed realtor and we're ready to hit the ground running! I recently ordered the book "The Book on Flipping Houses" by J Scott and am thoroughly enjoying it! Can't wait to connect with others who share the same passion as we do! Below is the before and after of our First Flip! Couldn't be happier with how it turned out!
