Hi @Isatta Massaquoi,

Welcome to BP! I'm also an investor in the Philadelphia area, and I agree with Ruth's comment above.

I'd also suggest checking out our local REIA group called DIG (Diversified Investor Group) and it's various sub-groups to network with others at various levels in person. Both BP and DIG were eye opening to me in terms of education and expanding my circle of investors to ask advice, find referrals, etc.
